§ 1 Scope, entrepreneurs only
(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via this portal.
(2) The offer is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB. This includes business founders who place the order in order to commence their commercial activity. The Provider does not conclude contracts with consumers (§ 13 BGB). By placing the order, the Customer confirms that they are acting as an entrepreneur.
(3) Deviating terms of the Customer shall not apply, even if the Provider does not expressly object to them.
§ 2 Services
(1) The Provider checks the Customer's information for completeness and plausibility, transfers it to the official form (GewA 1, 2 or 3, including any required supplementary sheets) and sends it together with the enclosures by registered mail to the competent trade office. Dispatch is documented.
(2) The Provider is not a public authority. The receipt, processing and confirmation of the trade notification and the collection of official fees are carried out exclusively by the competent authority. The Provider does not guarantee any particular processing time at the authority.
(3) The Provider does not provide legal or tax advice. The trade notification does not replace any required permit, registration or tax registration.
§ 3 Conclusion of contract
The presentation in the portal does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking ‘Order with obligation to pay’, the Customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon the order confirmation, which is then displayed and sent to the email address provided.

(1) The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their information and documents and is entitled to make the notification or authorised to represent the business.
(2) The Customer authorises the Provider to submit the trade notification signed by the Customer to the competent authority on the Customer's behalf.
(3) If the authority requests further documents or information, the Customer shall cooperate without delay. Delays or rejections resulting from incorrect or incomplete information shall not be borne by the Provider.

(2) Official fees are not included. They are charged directly to the Customer by the competent authority.
(3) The invoice is issued after documented dispatch to the authority and sent by post to the billing address provided. It is payable by bank transfer without deduction within 14 days of the invoice date.
(4) If the Customer is in default, the statutory provisions for transactions between entrepreneurs apply (§ 288 Abs. 2 and 5 BGB).

Until the documents have been sent to the authority, the Customer may cancel the order by email to mail@regiomedienvertrieb.de; in this case, checking and preparation services already rendered remain subject to payment. Cancellation is not possible after dispatch.
§ 8 Liability
(1) The Provider shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health.
(2) In cases of simple negligence, the Provider shall be liable only for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract and capped at the amount of the agreed remuneration.
(3) The Provider is not liable for decisions, deadlines and processing times of the authority or for delays caused by postal and delivery services.
